Yendelela is a trusted legal advisor to employers of all sizes and advocate for professionals navigating challenges in their employment. She brings both legal expertise and personal understanding to every case.

Our founder, Yendelela Neely, exemplifies the firm’s values through her service on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, the Furman University Board of Trustees, and the Board of Directors for Agape Youth & Family Center. She also serves as a commissioner for the North Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church’s Commission on Religion and Race. Yendelela’s past service includes board roles with Families First, WorkSource Atlanta, and Jumpstart, where she chaired both the Atlanta Advisory Board and served on the National Board for this leading early education nonprofit.
